Hyundai i10 vs Fiat Grande Punto : A Comparison between the 1.2L engine Models
71Fiat recently launched its new hatchback car Grande Punto in India. The car comes in three base models - 1.2L Petrol , 1.4L Petrol and 1.3L Diesel. The Grande Punto has aerodynamic and stylish looks anc comes in 4 models. The pricing of the car is also fair . This has made it a strong contentor in the premium hatchback segment. Honda'z Jazz will see stiff competition from the Grande Punto , mainly due to the difference in pricing. Also, the fact that Fiat has a 1.2L engine car, while Honda doesnt , also scores in favour of Fiat. Maybe Honda will introduce the 1.5L Jazz sooner in India. But still the higher price of Jazz will definitely be detrimental to it.

The 1.4L model of the Fiat will surely compete strongly against the likes of Jazz and Maruti Ritz. As for the 1.2L models, i10 seems to be a better car. The Fiat scores in terms of overall internal space . But the more powerful engine of the i10 makes it a pleasure to drive. It is also spacious enough for the average indian family. So do a lot of research and take your time before you buy your next car.

though i fall for puntos look every time i see it, i have grown to dislike it for its meagre reviews. i10 seems to be a better buy hands down.
